Konstantinos Tserpes is an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics and Telematics of Harokopio University since 2021. He graduated in 2003 from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, while in 2007 he successfully defended his doctoral thesis at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA. His research interests revolve around modern computing infrastructures and distributed systems for novel data analysis and management applications. He has participated in more than 10 collaborative research projects in these fields while he has coordinated another 4 (+Spaces, SocIoS, Consensus, BASMATI) and is principal investigator for another 6 (TEACHING, ACCORDION, COLLABS, CHARITY, MASTER and SmartShip). He participates in these projects as a software architecture manager and coordinator of the projects software development team.
